We are living in a time, where many of us are being thrown sidewards, distracted from our true path, due the external construct we live in. This Retreat will remind you, who the f**k you are and the power that you have within you.

This is a reset, a re-calibration, of your mindset, working with both your masculine and feminine within you,  and connecting it consciously with others. As a collective we can work together, to teach and learn from one another; with unity become such a strong force of nature. This is a re-education of our beliefs in ourselves.

From the retreat, you will come away with a skillset to help with your mental wellbeing, an education on holistic physical health and an understanding of the power within you, through connecting to a community which honors eachother.

We will be offering Empowerment and Creative Childcare workshops at a day rate of £15pp per day, fri 2-4pm sat & sun between 930am-4pm, for ages 4 years and upwards. Workshops will include: meditation, yoga, bushcraft, shamanic journeying, painting, inquistive thinking and explorative work. 

​

This is a conscious retreat, with no alcohol allowed. Adult workshops will be facilitated in a different area to the childrens workshops, with all Children's workshop facilitators with an Enhanced DBS check.

Community Creche available for parents with children aged 4 and under. This will allow parents to co-operate and work together on a timetabled schedule so each parent can enjoy workshops within the retreat, whilst their child is being looked after within the community.
