Winter Wellbeing Festival
This winter we gather and celebrate the human spirit together in a beautiful location called Botton Village. Located deep in the North Yorkshire Moors, amongst nature, supporting your health and wellbeing. We come together as a community from all different locations in the UK to relearn how to nourish our body and souls.

As external pressures within society become more difficult to live within, we offer you an opportunity to learn techniques to help calm the mind, feel more centred and empowered within to help support you during the winter months. The community of Mana offers you a heart led approach to your wellbeing and looks at both your physical and mental health holisitically.

With a wealth of experts in healthcare, Mana offers you 3 different rooms of workshops and talks, with over 30 different options to choose from, between 11am-7pm, followed by some incredible live music.

This family event, has many childrens' creative and wellbeing workshops too, in addition to the adult ones. It is free for children under 16 years of age to come along, however booking this free ticket via our link to Eventbrite is essential for all attending. We cannot allow dogs to the festival due to the nature of the indoor locations and potential muddy paws, plus we need to allow quiet time in these spaces for sensitive workshops.

There will be stalls selling handmade goods and art, plus alternative healthcare products. We have caterers who will be selling both hot and cold food on site, however you are welcome to bring your own food, and there will be seating available to sit down to eat as a family.
